About Birch Glen Co-op

Building Community Since 1992

Birch Glen Co-operative Homes is a non-profit corporation whose business is to provide its members with affordable housing, and whose goal is to be a successful, self-reliant community.

Birch Glen is located a short walk from shopping, restaurants, parks, bike trails, schools, churches, and a full range of recreational facilities. It is also situated close to Oakville Transit routes, the QEW, and the Oakville GO Train station.

Our Units

Birch Glen Co-op is a six floor apartment building with 135 units, featuring a combination of market and subsidized housing units. The building is fully accessible with one, two and three bedroom units available. Maintenance and cleaning staff are on site for common areas, including the spacious front lobby, event room and laundry facilities.
